Yes, you can cancel your booking and we normally refund up to our travelers on the price paid depending on our terms & Conditions. Please check our Payment Terms & Conditions to learn more about when and how you are eligible for a refund.

All packages must be paid by card or bank transfers depending on the option you prefer. a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required within 7 days from the client’s request. The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to arrival in Zanzibar. A copy or proof of successful payment must be provided for each payment made.

In this case, we will need 50% of the package price. Then you will complete the 50% remaining 30 days before the trip started.
